Does what it is supposed to

First time using this was leading into my powerlifitng meet. It was 6AM at my local gym and I was about to pull a heavy double for Deadlift. I was still not fully awake having forgone my morning coffee. Snapping one of these between my fingers and inhaling deeply I felt I could lift the world. Does everything it is supposed to do in a convenient throw away capsule. Crush, inhale, explode. Great product that I would recommend to anyone looking to smash new PRs or get themselves fired up during a meet.
