Browse our selection of SBD Apparel, Inzer, and Rehband knee sleeves today—powerlifters, weightlifters, and CrossFit athletes use these knee supports for added stability, warmth, and pressure relief when working out.
Our most popular item is our SBD knee sleeves, which feature a “torque” design that actually helps spread stress out towards the seams when you’re engaged in heavy strength training. These neoprene, powerlifting knee sleeves were developed by elite athletes, coaches, and health professionals for this very specific purpose. The assistance these SBD knee sleeves lend during your heavy squatting regimen is out of this world! You will immediately notice a difference when you squat.
Common questions we get about knee sleeves:
We highly recommend the SBD Powerlifting Knee Sleeves. They are highly compressive and provide great support and rebound out of the hole. They are made to the highest standards as well and will serve you for a long time. That said, if you are newer to knee sleeves you may want to go with the SBD Knee Sleeve, their original 7mm sleeve. Still provides excellent support but easier to get on and off and more comfortable for a longer session.
Knee sleeves are designed to provide compression and warmth to your knee while training. Helping to reduce knee pain during and after training as well as provide additional confidence while lifting heavy.
We recommend hand washing the knee sleeves in a sink with a small amount of liquid soap or detergent. Agitate for a minute or two, then allow to soak for 30 minutes. Rinse the knee sleeves with cool water until the water runs clear. Stand the knee sleeves up and allow to air dry. Standing them up will allow better airflow over the inside and outside of the sleeve.
This is a tough question. For a lifter that is new to knee sleeves we never recommend sizing smaller than the size chart suggests, even the recommended size is going to feel extremely tight in a compressive sleeve like an SBD or Inzer. Trying to size down in a stiff knee sleeve, like the Inzer Ergo Pro or SBD Powerlifting Knee Sleeve, will result in not being able to get it on past your ankle or calf. We recommend following the sizing chart closely.
