These belts have a European style quick release prong to allow you to get it as tight as desired, but get it off quickly when you're done the set. These belts are soft style that are made of a softer material that molds better between the hips and ribs. They are great for individuals with limited space between the hips and ribs, or individuals who do not like stiff belts.

CanadaThe belt is super comfortable, it will only get more comfortable the more I wear it. My waist measures 33-34”. I originally ordered a Med size (which left me 2 holes to go bigger) . Ryan at Inner Strength exchanged the Med and sent me a Large (the customer service I have received has been 110% fantastic, better than Rogue). Now I have 6 holes to get bigger and 4 holes to get smaller. So, if like me, you think you are in between belt sizes, buy the bigger size.
