The Orange Micro band is the smallest 41" band we sell, it provides approximately 5-15lbs of resistance.

The Red X-Small band is the second smallest 41" band we sell, it provides approximately 10-30lbs of resistance.

The Black Small band is the third smallest 41" band we sell, it provides approximately 25-70lbs of resistance.

The Purple Medium band is the fourth largest 41" band we sell, it provides approximately 40-100lbs of resistance.
