Mark Bell’s Reactive Sling Shot™ is just as effective as the Original Sling Shot™, but a little less aggressive. It gives you more control over the weight and is great for rep work or speed work. The Reactive can still be used for overload training, but is also great for use with lighter weights.

CanadaRead alot about slingshots and finally purchased one - this is one product that really does live up to the hype. I initially bought the regular slingshot but ended up exchanging it for the reactive version, which is much better suited to those who are still benching in the low-to-mid 200's like me. Paired with some bands, this really allows you to safely and effectively overload in order to improve your regular bench. I noticed a difference after only two sessions.
CanadaLoving it. In my home gym I don't have barbells only dumbbells but up to 90 lbs. I felt limited in rolling into position and pressing heavy butter slingshot has added the extra stability to roll into position and press heavy. In addition the slingshot spring off the bottom enables pressing even more and more weight loaded push ups. Awesome assistance tool.
