If you buy this product, do not put it in boiling water. The instructions are to boil water, and put the mouthpiece in the water that boiled. Before you boil the mouth piece, put it in your mouth and find a comfortable bite position, then put it in the water that had been boiled. If done correctly, this is one of the best accessory products a power lifter can buy. One less thing to worry about when lifting (tooth grind). I’ve bought 3 from innerstrength for me, I hope they start carrying the 5DS (as that is the type my wife uses), and they ship about the fastest you’ll ever see. The best mouth guard for strongman !!

Over a year ago when I was running a squat program, I started having pain in my jaw from bracing too hard. I purchased this mouthguard to see if it would help stop the pain when I was squatting, which it did! I've been using this product for the past few years and have been so happy with the quality of it and how it's helped stop the pain in my jaw when I'm lifting heavy.

This is my third one. I won’t train without it. I highly recommend this item
