BenchBlokz allow you to train boards without a board holder, attaching directly onto the bar. They also can be used for breaking in new bench shirts, with a Sling Shot, or for alleviating shoulder pain experienced while benching.

CanadaBecause it's a foam block, I contemplated making one for myself but decided to take a change. The block is surprisingly well made (very hard foam) and very durable. I'm glad I made the decision to purchase this. I've said it on previous reviews about Inner Strength but can't say it enough.... the service is always great
