We recommend hand washing your knee sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.
The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the knee sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can potentially get caught up or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).
Definitely good support, however, the material at the top and bottom almost doesn’t feel as stretchy as the neoprene and it feels a bit scratchy also the way the sleeves are stitched together in a spiral makes them bend weird :(
CanadaThese sleeves have been awesome! They are a little stretchier than my Large A7 Cone Knee Sleeves, so when I ordered a large, I felt like I had minimal compression/was swimming in the sleeve. Also I'm like 5'7" so the Larges covered a very long portion of my legs. It would have been a good fit for just general training, but I purchased these with the intent to use them at Nats this year. The exchange process was painless, and I sized down to a Medium. Now they fit slightly more snug than my A7 sleeves which is the exact feel I was going for. Highly recommended if you are looking for a sleeve with a higher pricepoint.
