Canada CanadaLove these ! I went with a size medium according to the size chart and they fit perfect not too tight not too loose. I’ve been using these everyday for squat and bench. Definitely helps with elbow tendonitis especially if you’re low bar squatting a lot. Inner strength knows what’s up !
