Powerlifting Wrist Wraps

13 products

Powerlifting wrist wraps support your wrist joints when they need it most—during max effort lifts where you’re pushing yourself as hard as you possibly can. This ensures that your wrist doesn’t extend too excessively which can lead to several potential injuries or failed lifts—this can be very dangerous for yourself and others.

Our weightlifting wrist wraps provide some real flexibility, as well. You can tighten them to an almost cast-like degree of tightness that allows you little movement under the wrap. Or you can loosen them a bit for a more comfortable wrap when engaged in lifts that aren’t pushing your limits.

Our wrist wraps for lifting as designed to provide incredible support to ensure your wrists are protected while lifting. We carry our lifting wrist wraps in Canada to ensure you don't need to pay customs fees when ordering.

    FAQs

To use the wrist wraps, you first attach the thumb loop to your thumb, then pull the wrap tightly around the wrist, ensuring maximum compression. The wrist wrap should cover the wrist joint to provide the best support while lifting heavy weights. In competition, the thumb loop must be removed from your thumb.

We recommend hand washing the wrist wraps with warm water and a mild detergent, and then allow the wraps to air dry. Do not machine wash or dry, as this can damage the material of the wrist wraps.

Wrist wraps help to protect your wrists from compression and forces during heavy lifting. Often worn by lifters while bench pressing, they are also very useful to protect your wrists during back squats, especially low-bar back squats. Browse our selection of the best powerlifting wrist wraps today to ensure you have the best wrist wrap for lifting and the workout wrist support you need.

We recommend the medium length for most lifters because it’s the best balance of support and comfort. It’s long enough to lock in the wrist for pressing and squatting, but not so long that it feels bulky, takes forever to wrap, or forces you into an overly stiff position.
