"These wrist wraps are high quality wraps that do exactly what they were intended to do" -Jeff B.
"Wrists are locked - never going back. The transition from any other wrist wrap to these is unmatched. Your wrists are LOCKED in SBD’s. 100% worth it." -Ben E.
Everyone should have a high quality pair of wrist wraps in their gym bag. Your wrists take a beating during pressing movements or even during back and front squats. Supporting your wrists now is the best way to keep them healthy for the long term. Our most popular option is the Medium Flexible, a very versatile length while providing a good combination of ease of wrapping and excellent support. These aren't your supplement store wrist wraps.
IPF Approved with the maximum width (8cm) and available in three lengths (40cm, 60cm, 1m) and two support types (flexible and stiff).

Great support, makes my wrists strong for big lifts
I've used my medium flexible SBD wrist wraps for a few weeks now and I like them a lot. I use them primarily on bench, however they would also work for low-bar squatting and other movements. Medium gives me enough length to work with and offered a middle ground that some other brands don't offer. Depending on the length and how tight you wrap them, even with the flexible my wrists are locked in and well supported. I know a few people who have the stiff and got to try them, if you want more of a cast like feel with less opportunity for movement, then you may like those. I'm glad I went with flexible and it comes down to preference to be honest. Time will tell how the velcro holds up on these wraps, but another quality product from SBD.
Inner strength is the vendor is choice for my son who is into weight lifting and studying to be a professional fitness trainer. Their products are the best , customer service is top notch and the delivery is super fast! Highly recommend Inner Strength.
These wraps are super stiff. Might as well be metal bracers. Best for 1RM. Not super comfortable for everyday use, but they serve their purpose well. I also have the more flexible SBD wraps for everyday lifting, which are also plenty stiff in there own right.
So far I’ve only used them for heavy sets on bench press. But I’ve loved the product, it allows me to lift heavy weight without having to worry about my wrists as a variable.
