Please ensure you measure your waist where you will wear your belt. This is typically around your belly button.

XSmall <23" Small 23"-26" Medium 26"-30" Large 30"-34" XLarge 34"-38" 2XLarge 38"-42" 3XLarge 42"-46" 4XLarge 46"-50" 5XLarge 50"-56.5"
If your measurement is between sizes, we recommend taking into account your future body weight plans. If your long term goal is to gain or lose size, use that to decide which to purchase. When in doubt we recommend going to the larger size.
