We are proud to sell TYR's wide range of lifting shoes. TYR shoes have blown up in the lifting world with the introduction of the TYR L-1 Lifter, the first wide toe box squat shoe on the market. Since then we have added more of their collection of TYR lifting shoes. From the CXT-1 trainer designed for a wide range of lifting shoe needs to the wide toe box flat lifting shoe, the DZ-1 in both the laced and strap versions.

    FAQs

A lot of our TYR shoes in this collection come in a Wide Toe Box option, which gives your forefoot more room so you can spread your toes and grip the platform. If wide feet usually force you to size up, check the model’s size chart, then look for a snug heel and midfoot with extra space only at the toes.

Our TYR shoes are built to feel secure, with firm uppers and straps that let you lock your foot down without cranking the laces too hard. Start with your usual shoe size, but for the TYR L-1 and L-2 Lifters we recommend going up half a size, then adjust the straps so your heel doesn’t slide and your toes aren’t squeezed; Inner Strength Products can help you compare fits.

Not all our TYR shoes are zero drop: DropZero trainers have a flat sole, while the Lifter models use a raised heel that can make squats feel smoother for many lifters. Look at the tags on each product page, then choose flat for pulls and general training or heeled for squats, and pair them with TYR clothing if you want matching gear.
