Nose Bleach is NOT a bottle for first-timers or even someone who can snort a handful of ampules and maintain composure.  If you have never used smelling salts before you should start with Obsidian Ultra to help judge your tolerance for ammonia before diving into the deep waters with Nose Bleach.
