If you ask most lifters what's the first thing you should get for equipment for training the answer will often be shoes. Look around at other sports, do you see football or baseball players playing in running shoes, no, they are wearing the right shoes for the sport. Stop trying to lift heavy in soft, squishy shoes. The Notorious Lift line of lifting slippers puts you as close to the ground as possible, removing any instability from a soft shoe.
Execution is at the forefront of the design for Sumo Sole Gen 2.5. The slipper features a newly designed Fortis sole that infuses the strengths of two existing soles. They took the ultra-thin thickness of the Notorious Lifters and paired it with the Sumo Sole’s brawny side lateral wall. They found a happy medium for the lateral height that would be comfortable to wear for the duration of a workout but would also prevent any spillage during heavy pulls.

I was unsure to purchase but I am very glad I did. I no longer need to take off my shoes for deadlift or squat. I just wear these. The shoes are very comfortable and every workout feels better for some reason. It feels like you're barefoot and thus, a greater connection with the weights. I love them!
they came too small. will be exchanging for a size bigger
I wanted to love these so much. But I find when I'm deadlifting my feet just crumple up at the end of the shoe. It sticks to the ground, but my feet are not still inside. I've tried different socks, different angles, tightening the strap. I'm genuinely not sure if I'm missing some secret, but as soon as I initiate the pull, my feet slip and it's like the top of the shoe isn't stiff enough to keep my foot where it's set up. Really disappointed after all the glowing reviews.
Vert confortable and very nice Im super happy about them. I bought a size smaller to have a tight fit and it’s perfect.
Loving them very grippy and comfortable ! Thanks so much
