Return Policy

Please read this whole page before applying for a return or exchange at the bottom of this page.

For orders shipped within Canada: 

We are pleased to offer free shipping to return or exchange an item.  For exchanges, you will be responsible for paying the shipping on the new items.  We charge a flat rate of $8 + applicable taxes for exchange shipping. We will send you an invoice for this fee upon processing your exchange, and will not ship out your exchange until this invoice is paid.

For hygienic and health reasons, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on socks or masks.

NOTE: For Christmas presents we will accept returns or exchanges until January 15, 2021.

  1. Returns or exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item. We do not need to have received it within 14 days but you do need to have it shipped back within that time frame. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. To be eligible for return or exchange your item must be clean, unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. 
    1. Sizing tags and stickers must still be on the item
    2. When possible original packaging should be returned as well, in the case of a product that does not come in a resealable package it is fine to not include it.
  3. Package your items in appropriately sized packaging, knee sleeve cannot be folded or crumpled for example.
  4. Download the return/exchange form and include a completed copy of it with your item(s)
  5. Go to this page to get a free Canada Post return shipping label
    1. If you do not want to use Canada Post to return your item you may use a different service at your expense
    2. If you get to a Canada Post page asking for a Return ID come back to this site and click that link again or enter PR336800

Failure to comply with either of points 2 or 3 may result in the item being sent back to you at your expense.

Please note, your original shipping fees are not refunded.


Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item (this typically happens within 3 business days, however, can sometimes take up to 7 business days), with either a notice of refund, or an invoice for the exchange shipping.  


For orders shipped outside of Canada:

For orders shipped outside of Canada, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and your original shipping fees are not refunded. 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be clean, unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it.  Items may be tried on for sizing but cannot be used for a workout.  All tags and sizing stickers need to still be on the item, and items must be shipped back in packaging that accommodates for the size of the item (ie. knee sleeves must be sent back flat and not folded).  Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in the item being sent back to you at your expense.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
