For orders shipped within Canada

As long as the item is unworn (except to try on), unwashed and tags are intact, we offer free exchanges, and free returns for store credit. For returns to original form of payment, there is a small shipping fee of $8.00.

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the day you place your order. If that length of time has passed, unfortunately we cannot accept your item back for return or exchange

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn (except to try on) condition with the tags attached.
  • Please return and exchange items in appropriately sized packaging. Do not fold items like knee sleeves or elbow sleeves.
  • Items must have hangtags attached (where applicable) and be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, make-up, and animal hair.
  • We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
  • Socks are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Other certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This is clearly marked on the products page.

As long as the item is unworn (except to try on), unwashed and tags are intact, it can be returned for refund or exchange.

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the day you place your order. If that length of time has passed, unfortunately we cannot accept your item back for return or exchange

  • You are responsible for the cost to ship the item(s) back to us.
  • If you want an exchange, you are responsible for additional shipping costs to ship the new item back to you.
