SBD Elbow Sleeve Sizing

When surveyed over 85% of customers reported they found the provided sizing charts accurate.

The elbow sleeves stretch more than our knee sleeves, so if you are between sizes we would suggest going for the smaller size.

SBD Elbow Supports designed specifically for strength training, power sports and general fitness training. Our Elbow Supports use the same premium neoprene and strengthened seams as our Knee Supports, combined with high-stretch thinner neoprene on the inside of the elbow for easier fitting and free movement in pulling motions. Manufactured exclusively in Great Britain.

  • Sold as a pair.
  • Suitable for training and strongman events.
  • Designed to minimize the risk of injury and aid performance.
  • 5mm & 7mm High Grade Neoprene.
  • Reinforced seam construction to maximize longevity.

Care Instructions

We recommend hand washing your elbow sleeves with water or a mild detergent (or a specialist neoprene/wetsuit detergent), then allow the sleeves to air dry standing up.

The spin cycle of a washing machine can damage the sleeve, as the elbow sleeves become quite bulky when wet and can potentially get caught up or damaged by wringing. High heat from a washing machine or a dryer will degrade the rubber in the sleeves (potentially causing shrinkage or brittleness).
