CanadaDecided to pick up a pair of SBD knee sleeves as I was dealing with ongoing soreness and thought, why not it's time! I sized them based on the chart, however I am in between sizes (S and M). Went with the medium and I'm okay with them. Typically people will size down for a tighter fit for meets/competitions or based on preference. I still get a nice tight fit with the mediums, but they are fairly easy to put on and have on for all my sets of squats. After using them for a few weeks, I'm happy with my purchase. Inner Strength is always a pleasure to deal with (shipping, customer service, and a company as a whole) and I will continue supporting them and referring clients and members! Thanks guys!
