I was near the lower end of the waist measurement for Medium.........but I think if you have decently sized quads and glutes, you might want to consider sizing up. I could hear some of the stitches ripping as I pulled them up lol They definitely feel very nice to squat in...although it does feel as tight as a good Titan singlet. (Though as a shorter lifter, I'd imagine the length would increase with a size up, so that may need to be considered as welll)

Only regret is that i didn't buy sooner. Have struggled with hip pain limiting my squats for years and these make almost every session no or low pain. I sized down one size for a tighter fit which is great but rides down a touch during sessions.

Great for getting hips and hamstrings warmed up. If you’re in the smaller area for the size you’re looking at try sizing down for better compression. I wear these for every squat and DL day. Highly recommended
