Product Description

The Red X-Small band is the second smallest 41" band we sell, it provides approximately 10-30lbs of resistance.

Resistance bands are heavy elastics that can be used to improve power, strength, speed and mobility. 

Bands are solid in SINGLES.

Uneven length.

I bought a pair and used it for deadlift. I started rotating on my one side. I thought it was just a bad form. When i check the band length there is a couple of inches difference between the two. Don’t know what to do with it.

Great Bands

Great experience overall. I was searching for alternatives to dumbbells/barbells and thought bands. I came across Inner Strength and their easy-to-navigate site, along with great prices and quick shipping led me to purchasing the bands (I also picked up 2 other resistances). My only gripe is that I didn’t get more. Will shop with again.

Perfect for warming up the muscles and smaller muscle groups

As I’ve mentioned in my other review for the purple band this was my first time using bands and I love using this to warm up before doing heavier workouts
