Perfect use

Always wanted these and when I got them I was so excited. After using them they were exactly what I needed. No more elbow pain. The only thing I would say is the sizing was an initial issue, but overall a solid buy.

Nice, unique product

I own a pair and stopped using them a while ago... because my arms got bigger. You may get some stretching of the material through normal use, but typically they will remain the same size. They work as intended, but keep in mind that you may need different sizes for above/below/right on the elbow, and if you bulk or cut, they may end up not fitting at all.

Good, but not great

Good for very acute tendonitis/pains, although I recommend a sleeve instead to cover more area.

I have two for both of my forearms/elbows and they do a great job of keeping things warm. I also have one for my hamstring which didn't work to well. I would recommend the smaller upper body ones.
